New Britain, CT, October 24, 2024 | We recognized fifty-two individuals from across the organization as Advancement for Clinical Excellence (ACE) Awardees. Nurses, behavioral technicians and specialists, and respiratory, physical, occupational, speech & language, and recreation therapists were recognized for progressing up the clinical ladder; completing the education, certification, skill growth, and more in each stage.
The Clinical Ladders Growth Program provides opportunities for career advancement at Hospital for Special Care. Clinical staff engage in various initiatives and projects, including mentorship, skill advancement, certification, and procedure implementation. Individuals in all stages of their careers can join the program and participate in advancement opportunities. The program aims to recognize clinical staff’s contributions to patient care and their respective professions.
