BOSTON, MA (October 2, 2024) – Hinckley Allen is pleased to announce that it has again achieved Mansfield Certification for the 2023–24 period. The firm remains committed to Mansfield’s goals, which aim to ensure that all qualified talent at law firms have a fair and equal opportunity to be considered for advancement into leadership roles.

The firm was also named a “Trendsetter” by Diversity Lab, underscoring its sustained efforts to promote leadership diversity in an increasingly competitive and transparent industry.

Mansfield Certification, a process facilitated by Diversity Lab, holds participating law firms accountable to measurable goals, such as ensuring that at least 30% of the lawyers considered for leadership roles are from underrepresented groups. As part of the certification process, Hinckley Allen has embraced a structured approach to broadening its talent pool, making its advancement and leadership processes more transparent, and regularly contributing to knowledge-sharing efforts with peer firms.
