October 23, 2024 – Attorney Isabelle Bibet-Kalinyak has joined Pullman & Comley, LLC as a partner in its Health Care and Business and Finance practices, the law firm announced today. Ms. Bibet-Kalinyak’s focus will be on healthcare transactions involving private equity, physician groups, hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, Management Services Organization (MSO) structuring, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and regulatory compliance.

A nationally recognized attorney in the healthcare industry, Ms. Bibet-Kalinyak brings significant experience advising physician groups, large health care organizations, and telemedicine companies. Before joining Pullman & Comley, she served as Vice Chair of the Healthcare Practice Group at a prominent New Jersey law firm, where she advised healthcare providers and executive leadership on corporate structuring, integration, compliance, and growth strategies.

Known for her strategic insight, Ms. Bibet-Kalinyak helps clients navigate the healthcare industry changes, focusing on both legal and business aspects of transactions. Her experience allows her to offer comprehensive counsel that addresses the operational and legal complexities of health care.

A native of France, Ms. Bibet-Kalinyak also handles international business transactions and immigration matters. She has a history of advising U.S. clients with operations in French-speaking countries and assisting French companies expanding into the United States. Her employment-based immigration practice includes applications for H-1B, L-1, and TN visas, green cards, U.S. citizenship, and related immigration matters. Ms. Bibet-Kalinyak served as Honorary Consul to the French government in Ohio from 2019 to 2022. Before practicing law, she held leadership roles in sales, strategic business development, and training for global pharmaceutical company Sanofi-Aventis, as well as in operations and international business as the General Manager of the public transportation division of Schneller Inc., a global manufacturer of custom, specialty laminates and coated films for train and aircraft interiors in Paris, France and Kent, Ohio.

Ms. Bibet-Kalinyak received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Temple University, her MBA from Kent State University and her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law. She also holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the Centre d’Etudes Franco-Américain de Management, an international business school in Lyon, France. She is admitted to practice in Ohio and New Jersey, with admissions pending in New York and Connecticut.
