As a member of the Business Litigation Group, his clients include investment banks, private-equity firms, broker-dealers, SPACs, and fintech companies. He represents clients during litigation, enforcement actions, and investigations, and advises on crisis management. He regularly appears before all levels of federal court and state court and represents clients before federal agencies such as the SEC and FINRA. Before private practice, Daniels clerked in the U.S. District Court for the S.D. of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Daniels is resident in the firm’s Hartford and New York offices.Andrew DePeau, a member the firm's Business Litigation Group and Bankruptcy + Reorganizations Group, focuses his practice on all aspects of business litigation, bankruptcy, and dispute resolution. Specifically, he represents clients in the banking, finance, and manufacturing industries, and has handled matters involving business torts, contract disputes, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, and real estate issues. In addition to his practice, DePeau serves on the Boys and Girls Clubs of Hartford Board of Trustees and South Park Inn Board of Directors. He is resident in the firm’s Hartford office.Sandra Marin represents clients in complex commercial litigation. She is a member of the firm's Business Litigation Group, and focuses on all aspects of business litigation, including pre-litigation counseling and dispute resolution. Lautier is a former Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Hispanic Bar Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Grace Academy, a tuition-free, college preparatory school for girls grades 5-8 in Hartford, CT. She is also a member of the University of Hartford President’s Community Advisory Council on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Lautier is resident in the firm’s Hartford office.Kathryn Rattigan is a member of the firm's Business Litigation Group and Data Privacy + Cybersecurity Team, where she assists clients in complying with state and federal regulations related to data privacy and cybersecurity. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Rattigan actively contributes to Robinson+Cole’s widely-recognized Data Privacy + Cybersecurity Insider blog, where she focuses on the topic of drones and data breach class actions and enforcement actions. Her work has been honored in the annual JD Supra Readers' Choice Awards where she has been designated as a “Top Author” since 2016. Similarly, Rattigan was recognized as a 2020 National Law Review Go-To Thought Leader in the area of Cybersecurity Law. She is resident in the firm’s Providence office.Evan Seeman is a member of the firm’s Real Estate + Development Group who concentrates his practice in land use and zoning, real property litigation, and municipal law. Seeman offers strategic counsel on a broad range of often-complex real estate and land use matters to clients such as developers, corporations, landowners, municipalities, and advocacy groups. He has been involved in Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA) cases across the country. Seeman speaks and writes about RLUIPA and is editor of the firm’s widely acclaimed RLUIPA Defense blog. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Hartford’s Camp Courant.
