Robinson+Cole Lawyers Named to CCADV’s First 100 Plus Class of 2023
Kelly Butricks, Ben Daniels, Andrew DePeau and Eric Rigoli recognized for improving the lives of domestic violence survivors throughout Connecticut
HARTFORD, CT (May 11, 2023) – Robinson+Cole lawyers Kelly Butricks, Benjamin Daniels, Andrew DePeau and Eric Rigoli as well as 2022 summer associate Theresa Lane, have been named to the Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence (CCADV) First 100 Plus Class of 2023 during the organization’s 12th Annual Breakfast & Awards Ceremony on May 5, 2023, at the Hartford Marriott Downtown in Hartford, Connecticut.The First 100 Plus Class of 2023 is comprised of leaders working to improve the lives of domestic violence survivors and their families in Connecticut. These lawyers, with varied backgrounds and practices, join several other Robinson+Cole attorneys to have been recognized by the CCADV in prior years. All Robinson+Cole honorees have participated in the firm’s Domestic Violence Restraining Order Program, which assists victims of domestic violence in obtaining restraining orders against their abusers. Robinson+Cole Environmental, Energy + Telecommunications Group chair, Kenneth C. Baldwin, serves on CCADV’s Board of Directors.A member of Robinson+Cole’s Insurance + Reinsurance Group, Butricks represents domestic and foreign professional liability insurers in complex coverage and litigation matters involving Directors and Officers liability, errors and omissions and fiduciary liability claims. She focuses her practice on the financial lines sector.Daniels, DePeau and Rigoli are all members of the firm’s Business Litigation Group. Daniels advises financial institutions and global corporations about litigation and dispute resolution. DePeau, who is also a member of Robinson+Cole’s Bankruptcy + Reorganizations Group, represents clients in the banking, finance, and manufacturing industries and has handled matters involving business torts, contract disputes, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, and real estate issues. Rigoli represents clients in connection with business disputes, such as contracts and unfair trade practices matters. He also represents clients in connection with government investigations.Lane is a 2023 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law.
