Hartford HealthCare Colleagues March in St. Patrick’s Day Parade, Celebrating “HHC 24/7” & a Special Flyover by LIFESTAR

Several colleagues from Hartford HealthCare will took part in the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Hartford

Members of the new “HHC 24/7” Team, LIFESTAR and Neighborhood Health will all be walking the route, distributing Irish-themed goodies, such as t-shirts, beaded necklaces, stress balls, and healthy treats.

All participants will be wearing green Hartford HealthCare shirts celebrating the new, “HHC 24/7” app providing 24-hour care beginning April 1st.

The app will consist of dedicated experts and provide access to Hartford HealthCare’s fully integrated system supporting patients before and after every visit including:

  • Specialist referrals

  • All medical records online and in one place via ‘MyChart.’

  • Follow up appointments online or in-person

  • A concierge team to guide patients every step of the way with reminders to prep for upcoming visits, provide lab results, and help with prescription management.

  • Care for hundreds of conditions from cold and flu to chronic condition management, annual wellness exams, mental health, and more.

The Neighborhood Health Team will be riding along in their special CareVan, which travels into communities to offer care to those who need it most.
