Hinckley Allen Expands in the Midwest with Team of Eleven

New St. Louis Metro/Madison County Illinois Location Builds on Chicago Office Success

Partners M. Ann Hatch, Tracy Beckham Phipps, and Jacqueline Redmond Join the Firm

PROVIDENCE, RI and ST LOUIS METRO / MADISON COUNTY, IL - Hinckley Allen has strengthened its litigation team with the addition of Ann Hatch, Tracy Beckham Phipps, and Jacqueline Redmond as partners; Mackenzie Arnold, Andrew Tedder, and Micaylee Uhls as associates; Brandon Adair, Alyssa Apollo, and Karen McCormick as paralegals; and two legal administrative assistants. The firm has opened a new office for the St. Louis Metro / Madison County, Illinois team. With practices focused on complex product liability and toxic tort matters, Hatch, Phipps, and Redmond's decades of experience enhance Hinckley Allen's expanding litigation group. The firm’s second Midwest office builds upon the success of Hinckley Allen’s Chicago office, which opened in 2020.

“Ann, Tracy, and Jackie have stellar reputations in Missouri, Illinois, and nationally. The combined group’s deep experience leading complex litigation cases builds upon the success of our Chicago office and provides further resources to our expanding toxic tort team,” said Jerry Petros, Litigation Chair at Hinckley Allen. “Their skills will enhance the firm’s existing litigation capabilities in a critical jurisdiction for toxic tort litigation.”

“We are thrilled to welcome Ann, Tracy, Jackie, and the whole team to Hinckley Allen and our fast-growing litigation department,” added Patrick A. Rogers, Hinckley Allen’s Managing Partner. “Strategic growth is a firm priority, and equally important is attracting top lawyers to service expanding client needs. Our new St. Louis Metro office and Fort Lauderdale, Florida office, which opened earlier this year, demonstrate Hinckley Allen’s commitment to supporting our clients in growing markets nationwide.”

Hinckley Allen’s new St. Louis Metro / Madison County, IL expansion will be the firm’s eighth office in seven states: Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, New York, Illinois, and Florida. Our Illinois expansion follows the February 2024 opening of the firm’s seventh office in Fort Lauderdale, resulting from combining with Ferencik Libanoff Brandt, Bustamante & Goldstein, P.A., a leading Florida construction law firm. In 2024, Hinckley Allen added attorneys in every office and in the firm’s primary practice groups: Corporate, Real Estate, Litigation, Construction, and Trust and Estates.
