Introducing The Heights @ Avery Heights PD in Motion Program

We are delighted to announce that The Heights has received a generous grant from the American Parkinson Disease Association Connecticut Chapter (CT-APDA) to support its launch. This funding will help us provide innovative and accessible exercise programs tailored to individuals with Parkinson's Disease, fostering their physical health and emotional well-being.

Rock Steady Boxing®️

  • When: Second and Fourth Tuesday of each month at 1:30 PM

  • Starting: April 8, 2025

  • Featuring: Coach Donna Calabrese from Hits & Kicks, LLC

Dance for PD®️

  • When: Fourth Wednesday of each month at 11:00 AM

  • Starting: March 26, 2025

  • Featuring: Teaching Artist Amy Valente from Neighborhood Music School in New Haven, CT

The Heights has also facilitated a monthly Parkinson’s Support Group since September 2023 on the first Wednesday of the month at 10:30am. Don't miss the chance to participate in these beneficial activities, meet new people, and enhance your well-being.
