Mastering Self-Advocacy and Negotiation

The University of Saint Joseph Women’s Leadership Center (WLC) invites you to “Elevate: Mastering Self-Advocacy and Negotiation” on Tuesday, Feb. 11 from 6-7:30 p.m., in the Mercy Hall Crystal Room at USJ, 1678 Asylum Ave., West Hartford.

Guest Speaker Marty Gervasi, Senior Advisor & Executive Coach at My Next Season and former Chief HR Officer at The Hartford, and USJ alumna,  will discuss how to confidently advocate for yourself and negotiate effectively to achieve your goals and build stronger relationships.

Learn to empower yourself with the skills to confidently advocate for your needs and negotiate effectively in personal and professional settings. This interactive workshop will guide you through strategies to articulate your value, set boundaries, and achieve win-win outcomes. Perfect for anyone looking to boost confidence, enhance communication, and secure better opportunities.
