Pullman & Comley Attorney Gregory F. Servodidio Selected as Connecticut Member of National Eminent Domain Organization OCA
HARTFORD, Conn., March 13, 2025 - Attorney Gregory F. Servodidio, CRE, chair of Pullman & Comley’s Property Tax and Valuation practice, has been invited to become the sole Connecticut member of the Owners’ Counsel of America (OCA), the law firm announced today.
Founded in 2000, the OCA is a prestigious, invitation-only national group of attorneys with a demonstrated expertise in eminent domain and property rights matters. Mr. Servodidio has more than 30 years of experience representing businesses, nonprofits and individuals in eminent domain and property tax appeals in which the value of real property interests as well as business personal property has been at issue. As chair of Pullman’s Property Tax and Valuation practice, he leads one of the largest legal teams in the region focused on representing commercial property owners in eminent domain and tax appeal matters.
Mr. Servodidio has litigated hundreds of these appeals in the Connecticut Superior, Appellate and Supreme Courts. He brings his extensive experience in the field of property valuation litigation to bear in representing property owners in eminent domain proceedings to ensure that his clients receive just compensation for their property. In addition to being listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of eminent domain and condemnation law since 2013, Mr. Servodidio also co-authored the Connecticut chapter of the American Bar Association’s fifty-state survey entitled “The Law of Eminent Domain.”
