Chrysalis Center Real Estate Corporation’s “Clover Gardens”
Receives Merit Award from Preservation Connecticut

 

Hartford, CT – Chrysalis Center Real Estate Corporation (CCREC) is pleased to announce, “Clover Gardens”, its newest housing development located in Hartford, has won a 2022 Merit Award from Preservation Connecticut.

The award, presented May 4, honors “outstanding efforts in the preservation and enhancement of historic places throughout Connecticut, with the goal of inspiring others to take similar action.”

Project partners include: Harc, Inc., Crosskey Architects, James K. Grant Associates, Long Consulting, LLC., To Design at FHI Studio, Enterprise Builders, Inc., CT State Historic Preservation Office, and National Park Service.
