Two-Day Supervisor Bootcamp Training Session 1: November 12th and 13th 2024
ARI and Kelly McDaniel, President of the DeLisaGroup, are teaming up to offer clients a two-day workshop focused on equipping supervisors and managers, as well as employees who have the potential to become supervisors, with the skills they need to manage effectively.
Many supervisors and managers are promoted into their positions, but they have not received the training they need. Participation in this workshop is a powerful way to educate and motivate your current and future leaders.

Training will emphasize interactivity, experiential learning, and real-life case studies. Participants will practice new skills via assignments completed in session.
The workshop will take place on November 12th and 13th at ARI’s office in Glastonbury, CT (100 Western Blvd).
