Robinson+Cole Hosts American Red Cross Connecticut Chapter “Sound the Alarm then Join the Party: Networking for Impact”
Robinson+Cole’s Hartford office was pleased to once again host a key group of supporters to benefit the American Red Cross Connecticut Chapter’s Sound the Alarm smoke alarm installation event on September 12, 2024. Some of the special guests in attendance included ESPN anchors Randy Scott and Gary Striewski.
The Sound the Alarm initiative helps save lives by installing free smoke alarms in homes that don’t have them, and by educating people about home fire safety, with the help of American Red Cross volunteers, fire departments and other partners. Since 2014, the American Red Cross has made more than 1 million homes safer with the installation of smoke alarms, which can cut the risk of death from home fires in half. Learn more.
Intellectual Property + Technology Group co-chair, Jacqueline Pennino Scheib, who is on the Chapter’s Board of Directors and serves as Chair of the Philanthropy Committee, spearheaded the firm’s involvement in hosting this sponsor appreciation event.
