Join The Village for Families & Children and KIDSAFE-CT, an affiliate of The Village for a free parenting workshop focused on laughter yoga and leave feeling relaxed, energized, balanced and calm. Learn about the health benefits of laughter yoga, including:

  • boosting immune system
  • lowering blood pressure
  • increasing blood flow
  • increasing lung capacity
  • making connections with others

Participants can choose their level of participation. No yoga mat or yoga experience is required.
