9:00 am – 10:00 am: Kick off your morning with a rejuvenating yoga session led by experienced Yoga In Our City instructors. This session will help you stretch, strengthen, and center yourself for the day ahead.

“We are thrilled to host the Day of Wellness as part of Mental Health Awareness Month,” said Luis B. Pérez, President & CEO of Mental Health Connecticut, “It’s a fantastic opportunity for individuals to come together, prioritize their mental health, and engage in activities that foster community and promote overall wellbeing.”

This event is part of Mental Health Connecticut’s Let’s Face It campaign, which takes place throughout the month of May and aims to destigmatize conversations around mental health, encourage open dialogue within the community, and increase awareness and access to mental health resources. This year, Let’s Face It Presenting Sponsor ConnectiCare has made a $23,000 matching donation. To donate and help us secure the match, visit mhconn.org/letsfaceit.
