Chrysalis Center Annual Butterfly Bash will be held virtually on Friday, October 22, 2021, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The event is the signature fundraising event for Chrysalis Center, raising much needed funds to advance the organization’s mission to provide supportive services to assist people in need to transform their lives.

This year’s theme is “Celebrating the Beauty of Transformation”, and the event celebrates the critical work Chrysalis Center does every day to help transform the lives of more than 1500 individuals across Connecticut. As one of the State’s leading organizations serving people living with mental illness and returning from homeless populations, Chrysalis Center has been working tirelessly since the onset of the pandemic to ensure clients’ needs have been met. Critical funding is needed now more than ever to help support programs and services. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to adhere to CDC recommended guidelines, this year’s event is being held virtually online.

Serving at this year’s Co-Masters of Ceremonies are power-couple of Kara Sundlun, Chief Digital Anchor WFSB-TV & Co-Host of Great Day CT and Dennis House, WTNH News 8 Anchor. Guests will watch a live-streamed event feature inspiring stories, amazing auction items and other fun surprises, while enjoying a delicious three-course dinner provided by Max Catering and La Cocina Catering, Chrysalis Center’s onsite kitchen which provides local individuals training in the culinary arts to become employed.

Chrysalis Center is grateful to the following corporate sponsors for their generosity: Enterprise Builders (lead sponsor), Hoopes, Morganthaler, Rausch, & Scaramozza (lead sponsor), Advanced Office Systems, Aspen, Cigna, Crosskey Architects, Dakota Partners, Gallagher, Hartford Steam Boiler (HSB), The Hartford, Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, Crosskey Architects, Hammer & Nails, Kainen, Escalera & McHale, P.C and Rebel Interactive, and media sponsors WFSB-TV Channel 3 and WTNH-TV Channel 8.
