FARMINGTON, Connecticut – Connecticut Wealth Management, LLC (CTWM) is proud to be recognized as a 2024 Best Place to Work in Connecticut in the small/medium business category. This is the eighth consecutive year CTWM has been recognized on the list.

“I’m extremely proud of the culture we’ve created and the genuine relationships we’ve built along the way,” said Denis Horrigan, Partner and co-founder of Connecticut Wealth Management. “Making this list is great, but it’s the feedback we get from the team that is most valuable to us. We’re also grateful to be part of a community of business leaders focused on creating and developing awesome professional experiences.”

CTWM remains committed to its mission statement of “turning life’s aspirations into reality for its clients and team.” The firm updated its mission in 2022 to solidify its belief in the critical role a happy, fulfilled team plays in the overall client experience.

Experience is everything at CTWM, and the firm’s core values have helped to shape its culture: integrity, support, drive, grit, authenticity, empathy, positivity, and collaboration. CTWM prides itself on maintaining a low client-to-advisor ratio of 35:1. The firm’s advisory team structure helps foster a collaborative environment where advisors can focus on delivering high-quality client service while also promoting growth opportunities for the next generation of advisors.

CTWM has developed a robust benefits package including wellness initiatives like fitness and yoga instructors. The firm has also built a recognition program highlighting individuals and teams’ valuable contributions, mentorship opportunities, leadership training, and coaching.

Connecticut Wealth Management has been recognized as a Best Places to Work in Connecticut every year the firm has been eligible since 2017.
