MakerspaceCT is bringing you the Fall Into Place Digital Benefit! Support your local makerspace with raffles, trivia, and exciting demos of cool stuff made right here, in downtown Hartford!
The Fall Into Place Digital Benefit will be raising funds for a new, high powered laser cutter. This equipment will enhance our current laser capabilities, enabling us to better serve our membership and community at large.
Contributing to this new teaching tool will enable MakerspaceCT to up-skill individuals, preparing them to obtain jobs such as
- Laser Technician
- Laser Machine Operator
- Laser Applications Engineer
- And so much more!
Now more than ever, it is critical to have skilled makers in our communities to react to dire situations. When our community called on us to supplement the need for PPE, MakerspaceCT answered. Makers from all over the state came together to create and innovate products that have greatly impacted lives in this public health crisis.
MakerspaceCT pivoted to meet the needs of healthcare and public service professionals when the supply chain struggled. At MakerspaceCT, we are committed to providing the next generation of skilled makers with the tools, technology and training they need to be that resource for the community.
