Virtual activities will include a reading by children’s book author Abdul-Razak Zachariah, a dance performance by Jakar Hankerson, and a discussion of Jayne Cortez’s poetry. Presented in partnership with The Amistad Center for Art & Culture.

Embrace the power of art and storytelling as we celebrate the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. Stop by the museum and pick up a free art pack to design a mixed-media collage from home that presents your hopeful vision for the future. Free admission noon–5pm with timed ticket reservation. Highlights tour at 11 am, Family tour at 11:15 am.
