Law Firm Among 40 Company Finalists Honored by the Hartford Business Journal for Employee Satisfaction
HARTFORD, CT (March 18, 2024) – Robinson+Cole has once again been named among the Hartford Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in Connecticut as determined by a survey administered by third-party research firm, Workforce Research Group. Robinson+Cole was among 13 large employer finalists selected for the designation who were honored during the annual Best Places to Work Awards presented on March 7, 2024, in Plantsville, CT. This is third consecutive year and tenth time the firm has been named a “Best Place to Work in Connecticut.”
The 2024, 2023 and 2022 Hartford Business Journal Best Places to Work in Connecticut recognitions are among a series of “best” workplace honors the firm has recently received. Robinson+Cole was named a 2023 “Best Places to Work: Law Firm” by the Business of Law Digest and BridgeTower Media, a new nationwide program that recognized 28 law firms for prioritizing their employees’ well-being and create a positive work environment for their teams. Robinson+Cole was also named 2023 “Business of the Year” by the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut and was highly ranked among 50 law firms in the country listed in the 2023 Best Law Firms to Work For as part of Vault’s Law Firm Quality of Life Rankings.
A total of 40 organizations were named finalists in the 18th annual list of the Best Places to Work in Connecticut. Participation was voluntary and requested employees to complete a comprehensive 80-question survey facilitated by Workforce Research Group to “really understand the employee experience in each organization.” Employee engagement was noted at 94 percent for this year’s group of honorees, which is significant given that the national average is roughly 35 percent.
