Shipman & Goodwin LLP is pleased to announce that Narges Aminolsharei has joined the firm as an Associate in the Corporate Trust Practice Group.

Narges represents banks and other major financial institutions acting in various capacities, such as trustee, paying agent, collateral agent, escrow agent, depositary agent and administrative agent in secured and unsecured capital markets transactions. She routinely handles different types of financing transactions and negotiates related agreements. Narges is also experienced in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance and general corporate law matters, and has represented public and private companies in cross-border transactions in various industries as acquirers or targets.
