Bradley, Foster & Sargent has been ranked as a Barron’s Top 100 Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) Firm for the third consecutive year. BFS is the only Connecticut firm to make the list.
Founded in 1994, BFS is one of the largest independent investment advisory firms between New York and Boston, with over $6.4 billion in assets under management. BFS is based in Hartford and has offices in Litchfield, Chicago, Boston, Maine and Florida.

The Barron’s Top 100 RIA Firms list is based on more than 100 data points for each firm measuring assets, revenue and quality of practice.
The listing places BFS in “an esteemed group of advisors who meet Barron’s strict quantitative and qualitative criteria,” according to Jack Otter, Global Head—Wealth and Asset Management, Barron’s Advisor. “We believe our rankings not only reward success, but also work to elevate standards across the wealth management industry.”
